Chini MasjidChini Mosque is located at saidpur sub-district of Nilfamari district. Saidpur is the northern railway and industrial city of Bangladesh. Chini Masjid is one of the most fascinating and distinctive architect. Chini Masjid is also known as glass Mosque. Chini Masjid or Glass Mosque was established in 1883.
Glass mosque was built in only 1 year which seems unbelievable when we take our eyes to the design of external and internal part. To decorated Chini masjid 283 peace of Cross Marble stone werw used. With Cross Marble stone also used 25 tons small chips of Chinaware-plate and pieces of glass(both color and non color) porceline.
Sightly this mosque has 27 towers from which 5 towers still now Incomplete.
Location: 20 km destence from Nilfamari district at saidpur upozela.
